PBS dumped the meditating bit so we get a Donovan concert, filmed at the Kodak Theatre (home to the Academy Awards) in Hollywood with an introduction by Lynch. A droll, engagingly-egotistical talent, Donovan packs a fabulous repertoire that still stands up well today. OK, some of its a little pop-hokey but a good-natured, happy (what else?) packed-house clearly enjoy this three-piece acoustic run through greatest hits including ... Read More:

I am the wrong side of 50 and remember enjoying the Beverly Hillbillies in my youth, I bought volume one recently to double check I'd still enjoy, Guess what, I did! OK, it's black and white and the volume is poor in the last episode on the DVD.. but sit back and just enjoy the content, it's very refreshing and I doubt we'll ever see a better redition of Granny - it's worth seeing just for her alone! I'm now about to buy the rest of the series. If you decide to try it, it would be great to read your review and see if you agree..
