I can't add much in detail to the other review. I have to say, what a great purchase...its rare that I will describe hairy old hippies as having beautiful voices, but these 3 are top notch. If you are into the CSN albums as I am, get this box set, you won't be disappointed.

This DVD is indeed excellent. Having seen Eros on the two occasions he has been to England (1996, Royal Albert Hall and 1998 at Wembley Arena) I can vouch for the quality of the performance, the show and his versatility. The songs are varied and, even if you do not understand Italian, real gems. This man is a superstar in many countries - in fact in 1996 he outsold every artist on the planet. But as far as the UK - zero - perhaps because he doesn't work in English. Notwithstanding this, the Italian language is such a poetic one, and the lyrics potent, and it is hard to resist the charm of the performances. At the current price at Amazon everyone should purchase this DVD - and then go on with the albums, statring at Dove c'e Musica, Nove and Tutti ... Read More:

This DVD is a great inspiration for anybody interested in fingerstyle guitar playing. It shows many ways of finger picking an acoustic guitar. A must-have.

If you're a Tegan and Sara fan you'll love this and if you're not, watching this will make you love them. The only negative I have to say about it is they cut out the banter inbetween the songs of the live concert but the running commentary option (for the concert and most other parts of the DVD) more than makes up for this. I can't get enough of these girls at the moment!

Fathers Day 2005. Thanx Kids! The overall sound is very impressive and gives the impression of being there with all the feel of a medium - large hall gig and the mix is excellent. The band, Rory McFarlane (Bass) quiet and unassuming but "there". Earl Harvin (drums/percussion)is mezmerising-I caught this show in Cardiff and was equally blown away then. Pete Zorn is a more than adequate foil for the man himself and really lets rip during his instrumental break in "Shoot Out The Lights"-Manic but extremely entertaining. RT himself is nothing less than sublime equally adept on both electric and acoustic. For the guitarists out there (me included) you'll find plenty of close up shots of those long, nimble fingers to help you learn (if you can) ... Read More:

I would consider myself a big fan of the band but I only own one CD 'best of' so when I saw this going cheap I thought I'd chance my arm. Now, if you are like me and warey of many of these 'tribute dvds' which abound DON'T WORRY HERE. A fantastic surprise - a proper documentary with interviews and everything! It takes a song-by-song approach, using TV footage of performances at the time, the quality of which in some cases is fantastic. Every 60s band deserves something like this. The main feature is about an hour with some additional songs and interviews as well. The interviews are a mix of mid 80s and the 2004/2005, so bring you up to date with the death of John etc. The only sadness was a lack of real interviews with Cass, but her personality ...
