I bought this mose less than Five months ago,however, it died, I changed the battery but there was not luck it is completely dead. the problem with most of computer accessories as well as most products in the market now is the low quality. China has provided cheap products with horribal quuality! "what a dilemma".

I bought this item from Amazon in March 2008 I have this wireless keyboard and mouse set up with my Sony Vaio laptop. Most of the time I work from home, but when I do go "on the road", the keyboard and mouse are left behind. Upon my return I need to go through the whole installation and set up routine to get these items to work again. My old Belkin wireless system was different. Plug in the receiver and it "found" the mouse and keyboard without having to re-install and re-connect every time. I should have known better as every Logitech item I have ever bought has caused more problems than they have solved. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

+ve points Accuracy is spot-on. Build quality is excellent. Software, downloadable from Logitech is top notch. Cable length is more than adequate. -ve points None, as yet.

This keyboard has experienced a price hike, it has up by more than £10 pounds since I bought it... But anyway, although not Bluetooth this is a perfect keyboard to use with your ps3, it works straight away, no need to configure it, just plug in the little dongle and off you go. It also works as you would expect it to with a PC. But I am selling this to ps3 users, forget the overpriced Bluetooth keyboards and go for this. It has keys that I call "Laptop" keys, they are nice and flat, and I think much more responsive. The touch pad works wonderfully, and has a little scroll section down the side for easy browsing. The Logitech MX518 Optical gaming mouse doesnt look as good as others, but dont let that fool you. I used to use plain microsoft mice, maybe dell but nothing that was made special for gaming. I must say. as soon as you plug in the mouse you WILL feel how it glides, I bought the mouse with a razer mantis mouse mat, they are an AMAZING pair and more importantly the mouse doesnt weigh much, so its not much of a hassle. One of the main things i liked about it is that it is EXTREMELY comfortable. You have buttons to change sensetivity, and you also have a button to change windows, it comes in VERY handy as unlike pressing alt + tab it shows the name of the window, not just the picture. Brilliant mouse. Doesn't feel dinky or cheap like other 'notebook' mice. In fact it doesn't feel like a notebook mouse - it feels like a normal mouse. Easy to install; bluetooth requires no USB dongle etc. All in all, brilliant product.

After reading all the reviews, i decided to buy this mouse. It lagged when i first started to use it, the worst part is, estimation time length for the battery is 120 days, but it dropped 5 days in just 1 DAY.....

Given that this keyboard and mouse set are reasonably priced, it still has a number of flaws that make this product a 2 star. Sometimes when I use a shortcut key combo it does not work (e.g. Ctrl + C) so I need to do it again (and sometimes again) to get it to work even if the keyboard is right next to the receiver. The mouse is okay, but I wanted to use my own (more expensive) logitek mouse. What a mistake! In many of the applications I use, the mouse pointer would not changed from text mode to pointer mode and I had to restart the application over and over. I also got warnings that the mouse is running low of power. Try reinstalling drivers; no luck. I recommend that if you purchase this item that you use both the keyboard and mouse together otherwise buy something ... Read More:
