The Good : Product is very stylish and has the U3 security feature on it so you can set a password to block unauthorised access to your files. The U3 systmen also allows you to put on other products such as games which you can download from the website once you have installed the U3 utility. The Bad : The plastic doesn't feel strong enough and i think the usb drive could get damaged if it falls out of my pocket. Also the U3 security feature only works for Windows. I wanted to use it for college but they use Mac's so i can't use it with the security feature on as this stops the usb drive from coming up on the computer. This USB memory stick does exactly what it is supposed to. It is named as an 8GB stick, because that is the standard convention for memory size and the preloaded software is removed easily if you don't want it. It looks good and so far has performed well. I've used several SanDisk products before and they have all given me years of good performance.

This is a great memory stick. When I opened mine I was surprised how small it was and yet it felt quite solid. It's sheathed in clear plastic as a protective cover which can be slid off to reveal the device's very tiny size - is there really 8gb in there?!?!?! Fanatastic! I thought at first glance 'Oh, it would have been nice to have had some kind of LED activity indicator' and went ahead and plugged it into my machine. Lo and behold the keyring loop area of the device lit-up! Nice. The unit flashes red to indicate activity and gently brightens and dims to indicate no data being transfered. I bought this because I needed to bring my order value up to £15 in order to get free shipping and have been borrowing a friends USB flash drive for some time now. Received it in good packaging - opened it, plugged it in, deleted the software that comes on it (Manual etc...) and away I went. I realise it's just a USB flash drive but it's a small, smart one with a good feel to it (at a good price!). The cap clicks on to the end and doesn't feel like it's going to fall off at any point. I tried it on 3 machines and they all picked it up with no problems.

I loved this for the first week but after that it stopped working and was no longer recognised in any USB drives. I hadn't dropped it or done anything that I shouldn't have with it. I can't send it back as it has sensitive data on it so my money is wasted. VERY disappointed.

This is really tiny by most standards but dead easy to use. It does everything you expect it to and is excellent value for money.

Great for about a year, but then stops working most of the time. Comes up as unformatted or not at all. I think it's wear and tear on the connections. Today it took me more than 20 goes to get an XP machine to recognise it.

It's a flash drive. Sturdy and durable is the intention and this doesn't fail. It looks cool, it feels cool and it works. I bought two! Not a lot else to say here. Thumbs up.
