I bought this item so that I could have MP3 ringtones on my phone. It works straight out of the packet with no need to install anything. I used it on Windows Vista and it just found whatever it needed to run and was available for use in about 10 seconds. I found the phone very quickly and easily and downloads quickly too.

How anyone can rate this above 2 stars is something one can't understand. I used to have a good conception of SONY's quality, but this product really managed to change that. If you don't believe it, take a look at this: Audio quality: 1.- Noise: Constant "hiss" coming out from the headphones since the moment you turn it on. With or without a track playing in the phone, the noise is always there. 2.- Distortion: The sound reproduced it's full of distortion, particularly in the medium high frequencies. My trusty old Motorola headset needed to be replaced, so I ordered this Nokia one which had received a 5 star review. This was a big mistake on my part. I consider that I have average sized adult female ears, but this headset does not fit. There is a very hard part that fits into the ear - at least it would if my ears were much bigger. The optional behind ear loop is also very big and sits high above the top of my ear, rendering it useless. I did try the headset, but it hurt my ear, so I'm about to look for a direct replacement for my old headset.

The only difficulty with this item was that it had not passed the MS verification and you had to click through around 20 times before it was installed , however once installed it worked really well and would certainly recommend it to other users.

Paid £20 for this thinking I'd got myself a bargain...... WRONG ! I bought this to use on my PS3 & mobile phone. It constantly disconnected during chat or games & I had to reboot my PS3 because it refused to reconnect if my PS3 was still on. Same thing happened when I tried to use it with my mobile phone: Disconnect, restart phone etc. before it eventually stopped working altogether after.......... 4 days. Waste of time & money. Anyone looking for a decent headset should avoid this cheap & nasty little piece of plastic & spend a bit more on a decent headset.

This is my second mouse that I've purchased because I love the first one. Oh it still works, but I want to use it with my laptop and didn't want to sacrifice not having one for my desktop. It's one of the few Bluetooth mice that actually works well--no problems pairing or with loss of signal as I've had with other mice.

Purchased this device a month or so ago and have only just got around to setting it up. Got a little stuck within the first 5 mins. as we were missing the user manual but contacted the seller and he promptly sent it over in a PDF. You need to make sure you have your current phone user manual too but all in all it's pretty straight forward. The signal is not brilliant if you want to go walking round the garden but for what I want it for it's perfect. Can rabbit away and still get on with some chores, i.e. cooking or washing up so no more time wasting when I'm catching up with people. A brilliant piece of kit!
