Simple to set up, thousands of station choices, BBC stations work well (unlike with some other similar products), never fails to find the wireless network, quite nice sound quality (if it was stereo I'd have given it 5 stars), channel changes are quick, never any audio glitches, and controls are simple to use. In summary, the best web radio I have owned and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

As per most previous reviews, love the sound quality. I know many have asked about iphone - it will play Iphone (3G), you can control the phone with the remote to skip etc, but it will not charge the iphone. It doesn't seem to suffer from the annoying mobile interference noise (that I have yet noticed). Overall, more than worth the money - gives us a version fully iphone 3G compatible and I'll give you 5 stars :-)

Must have had this DAB in car radio about a year now so I reckon I am in a good position to provide an objective review so here it is. As other reviewers have pointed out the aerial is sub-standard, you are forever loosing signal strength (I tried re-tuning as instructed but has no effect)which is really frustrating. Changing stations on the move is awkward especially if you store more than 4 stations. The set up is relatively easy but you end up with intrusive wires trailing everywhere. The arm that holds the radio to the windscreen is also poor quality constantly wobbling until mine actually broke off today!! I was getting poor FM reception in my bedroom and wanted a dab radio with a sleep function. I tried out my Roberts dab radio there and the reception was brilliant (alas it doesn't have sleep). Thought the Siesta was the answer - it has just arrived, but on setting it up I find it gets NO Dab signal. The aerial is a flimsy little wire thing. I have tried walking around with it and even tried down the garden, but not a pip. Do not buy this radio unless you are in prime signal area.

We have this for nearly 12 months and have had no problems the alarm is great there are 4 of them great for if you work different shifts, if I have one gripe it is the remote which is great for basic functions but a pain when you want to select a preset, it is great as a bedside radio the sound quality is OK and the bass is a bit thin but what do you expect from a little unit that looks cool in black next to your bed and the iTouch looks cool except for the white docking cradle that you have to use.

I bought this as a compact occassional use cd / dab player for the bedroom, but have been so incredibly impressed with it that I have it in my sitting room! From the moment I took it out of the box, the quality just spoke volumes. Plug it in and it automatically knows the time abd the date! Brilliant search on the DAB, nothing you cant get (and I live in Devon). I have not heard any hum that others mention. The only drawback I would say is that the sound quality is very slightly tinny, but that is down to its tiny compact size. Very impressed with this, excellent quality at a very good price. I would definitely buy more Pure products.

But thanks to all the other reviews. I cannot really find fault with this product, and am glad i purchased it. Great looks, fanstastic sound for the size (pretty loud too) has 3 alarm modes, and two alarm settings so you can wake up to either buzzer, AM/FM or IPOD/AUX input. The alarm will switch off after 1hr which is perfect for just waking up to music, getting ready for work and leaving it to its own devices. This also got a 5Star review in the T3 magazine. Amazon cheapest place for this product also. Great value for money. Buy one now!!

I have been using this model now for seven months,and apart from only getting about fifteen channels, when I thought I would get dozens as it's digital I am still quite pleased with it.But what really made me sit down and write this review is that I had to send it back today as it started playing up which does happen, (but you do get a two year warranty).Unfortunately you have to send it back to pure at your expense which is not cheap as you need to insure it as well for peace of mind. If you buy it from amazon like I did they will only exchange it within six months after which you will have to send it back to pure. Bear that in mind if you are buying one (it's a lot easier taking it back to a local store) under pures two year warranty.

Just what i was looking for. Dual alarms, so you dont have to hit the snooze button 5 times before you get out of bed. Both alarms can be set differently [radio comes on at 645, if your still not up, buzzer can go off at 0700] and both are extremely easy to set. great radio receiver and decent quality sound. glad i bought the right one after searching through amazons selection.

I've had this Sony ipod alarm clock for around 4 months now and I must say I am relatively impressed. Sure you may think it is quite pricey for an alarm clock but rest assured it does so much more. I personally was sick of the horrible tin can sound of my old alarm clock and decided that I wanted to wake up to something that actually sounded decent. Don't let the 3W RMS fool you, this alarm clock packs a punch and surprisingly a decent amount of undistorted bass (providing you don't crank it up to its maximum volume - and even then distortion only occurs in songs with a prominant bass track.
