This is a great little player. It is simple to use and easy to add music to it. I just drag and drop the music in windows explorer to add it to my player. It is great build quality, good battery life and a brilliant sound.

This is now my 3rd mp3 player and it is by far the best value for money! I absolutely love it and it is really easy to work and find your way around. I also like the fact you can record and listen to the radio. There are loads of great features, and it's great to be able to watch my favourite bands as well as listen to them.

I have been a fan of Creative products for about 15 years, and that is not going to change. This was my 2nd MP3 player but first with video, the other one was an old 5GB Zen Micro. So why did I choose this player other than the fact it was by Creative? Quite simply, whats not to like about this product. Great sound, (depending on brand or type of earphones or speakers). Although the features & functions are like the apple ipod, touch pad controls with or without clicks also sensitivity touch. This CREATIVE ZEN Vision:M is much easier to use than the ipod, just drag & drop to download no need via program. The image is sharp when photo viewing & select your own wallpaper which will displayed when listening to music, watching video isn't bad either, regarding photos & videos which can be protected because Vision:M has the function to hide photos/videos (which is not on the apple ipod) to stop the others to see the contents, which is very good. My Zen has gone dead 3 months after it's one year warranty has expired. Creative first told me that they wouldn't repair it so I pointed out that as a customer who had bought a Zen V, a Zen Vision M and a sounddock, they should re-consider their viewpoint. Their answer - We can't repair it because we don't have stocks of Zen Vision Ms nor do we have parts, but you can buy a new one from us. So, BUYER BEWARE! CLEARLY, CUSTOMER LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO CREATIVE. GUESS WHAT GUYS - ANOTHER LOST CUSTOMER DURING A GLOBAL CREDIT CRUNCH - SMART MOVE.

i currently have a creative zen micro and im running out of space on it to put more songs on it. this is getting frustrating as i have to find songs that i dont listen to that often and transfer onto the pc library. im now considering buying the 30gig creative zen vision and was wondering if it was difficult to put films on it or not? (from what ive read it is a good buy but then ive never used it) :)
