I ordered two Sony Memory Sticks from Love Digital. They charge a rip-off £3.99 PER item and I still have not received them 10 days later. (The Sony camera I ordered at the same time direct from Amazon arrived in two days for no delivery charge - excellent service from Amazon) I emailed Love Digital via the Amazon web-site a few days ago, but received no reply. I emailed them again a few days later, but still no reply. How incredibly rude and arrogant. DO NOT TRUST LOVE DIGITAL. I am now currently going about getting my money back from Amazon. I would not even have awarded 1 star, but there is not an option for no stars.

This series of cameras are very good. My daughter ( whos 2) threw mine in the bin when i wasnt looking and it gor thrown out ! anyway, despite what some have been saying, I use rechargeable AA batteries for my Sony Cybershots and have done for 4 years ! They are so much better than non rechargeable and far more eco friendly Far more. Buy two or three packs of recahrgeables so you always have a spare and you will be ok. Best Sound quality on a small camera mic there is !

This is a great product but please don't fall into the trap of buying a cheap counterfeit stick from a market place seller. I have had the experience but thankfully I didn't spend that much on it at the time. After a few days upon receiving my fake stick, my game data started to corrupt which I was not to pleased about as I had spent over 50hrs on the game! If you buy a Sony stick from Amazon you will receive a genuine memory stick! I have even heard that someone had spent £40 on a memory stick and turned out to be a fake. All in all this stick is a must buy for PSP owners!

I love this. Haven't quite figured out how to use all the features yet, but I can use it and I like it very much. For the price it is now (I paid £178) it is a steal, although you have to add the cost of DVDs, carry-case and memory stick if you are using one. The discs (once finalised) slip straight into the PC and DVD and play in my case (although strangely one of them will not play on the DVD for some reason). Niggles: the accompanying CD turns out to be just tips for good filming. Nothing about software/editing the footage so where is that?! Very simplistic holder for the Handycam and a pocket for the spare battery. You don't need anything more

I bought this a few days ago. Transfer speed is great. My PC is an over clocked (to 3.0ghz) core 2 duo and as such it transfers stuff quickly anyway. Filled the card with music in 14 minutes. From a review I read about a San Disk M2 card, I would recommend paying a few quid extra for the Sony card. These things are so small though! It didn't come with an adaptor.

Had this now for just over a month and used it in a variety of locations. Indoor performance is OK - still way better than any SD cameras I have owned previously, but outdoor and decently-lit scenes are simply mind-blowing. There's not much to say: a lot of pictures and music on a small card. (It's maybe too small, actually.) I lost my previous card and I bought a replacement. 2GB for 8.78 is a bargain. Awesome!

First of all,well done to Amazon for yet another great online shopping experiance (ordered mid afternoon delivered next morning). This camcorder is my 4th over the last 12 years and is certainly the best yet,amazing price considering my 1st camcorder cost me £1,600. Video quality is amazing even after copying to a standard DVD (I recorded video footage using the max quality settings)as the transfer to DVD is automatically done in SD mode. so you record in high detail and make both HD (AVCHD) & standard copies. I wont bore you with more detail as all that is available here & elsewhere,what I will say is - GO GET ONE.

Just bought a Sony HC53E Camcorder. Very annoyingly my old, identical looking, same 7.2v, Sony NP-FP Camcorder batteries from my previous defunct model [Sony HC22E] don't fit this new HC53E camcorder though, thanks to a few mm more plastic on the base lugs and Sony's new [anti-copying] info-lithium chip. Trim the old NP-FPs to fit in the HC-53Es NP-FH slot and the camera says 'incompatible battery' - i.e. it's got an old style info-chip, even though it is a Sony battery of the right shape, voltage and power. So I had to buy one of these `genuine' Sony NP-FH50 as a spare battery [it's the same physical size as the NP-FH30 supplied with the camera, but with a tad more power reserve]. Sony have nobbled the new HC-53E camcorder so that cheaper generic ones ... Read More:
