I ordered two Sony Memory Sticks from Love Digital. They charge a rip-off £3.99 PER item and I still have not received them 10 days later. (The Sony camera I ordered at the same time direct from Amazon arrived in two days for no delivery charge - excellent service from Amazon) I emailed Love Digital via the Amazon web-site a few days ago, but received no reply. I emailed them again a few days later, but still no reply. How incredibly rude and arrogant. DO NOT TRUST LOVE DIGITAL. I am now currently going about getting my money back from Amazon. I would not even have awarded 1 star, but there is not an option for no stars.

I have just recieved this product and have to say that they did advertise it wrongly. It is not a sony memory stick pro duo mark 2, it is a sony memory stick pro-HG duo HZ. It doesnt look like the picture, but at first glance does seem to be a genuine sony product and is 4GB when you check it on the Computer. This is still cheaper and faster than the normal version of sony memory stick pro duo on amazon, so dont know why im complaining. Would have been 4 stars if they had just labled it correctly.

Bought this for use with a Sony HDR-SR10E - perfect fit for the camera, battery, cables and charging stuff. Great price; you cant go wrong!

I bought one of these from Digiplay and it turned out to be a useless fake. When I complained they asked me to return it (at my own cost) before sending me another fake! When I reported them to Amazon they cancelled my order stating that the item was "Out of Stock", but then they threatened to charge my credit card if I didn't return the fake memory stick. I had to cancel my credit card.

i recently bought an 8gb sony pro duo card on this site it turned out to be a fake, the company i bought it from did evently give a refund but they were not happy that i gave them bad feed back, but at the end to the day they have a responsibilty to provide what they are advertising. i reported them to amazon but they are still trading on here..

Just bought a Sony HC53E Camcorder. Very annoyingly my old, identical looking, same 7.2v, Sony NP-FP Camcorder batteries from my previous defunct model [Sony HC22E] don't fit this new HC53E camcorder though, thanks to a few mm more plastic on the base lugs and Sony's new [anti-copying] info-lithium chip. Trim the old NP-FPs to fit in the HC-53Es NP-FH slot and the camera says 'incompatible battery' - i.e. it's got an old style info-chip, even though it is a Sony battery of the right shape, voltage and power. So I had to buy one of these `genuine' Sony NP-FH50 as a spare battery [it's the same physical size as the NP-FH30 supplied with the camera, but with a tad more power reserve]. I also bought 2 of ebay (fakes) and have spoken to many who have bought them from market places etc. In the case of the 16gb memory stick you get what you pay for. I finally bought one from amazon and its the real deal, don't waste your time or money searching for the deal there is way to many fakes about. Its worth the money if your into movies and music for your psp or camera etc just be worned there is tons of fakes about.
