I ordered two Sony Memory Sticks from Love Digital. They charge a rip-off £3.99 PER item and I still have not received them 10 days later. (The Sony camera I ordered at the same time direct from Amazon arrived in two days for no delivery charge - excellent service from Amazon) I emailed Love Digital via the Amazon web-site a few days ago, but received no reply. I emailed them again a few days later, but still no reply. How incredibly rude and arrogant. DO NOT TRUST LOVE DIGITAL. I am now currently going about getting my money back from Amazon. I would not even have awarded 1 star, but there is not an option for no stars.

I have just recieved this product and have to say that they did advertise it wrongly. It is not a sony memory stick pro duo mark 2, it is a sony memory stick pro-HG duo HZ. It doesnt look like the picture, but at first glance does seem to be a genuine sony product and is 4GB when you check it on the Computer. This is still cheaper and faster than the normal version of sony memory stick pro duo on amazon, so dont know why im complaining. Would have been 4 stars if they had just labled it correctly.

I bought one of these from Digiplay and it turned out to be a useless fake. When I complained they asked me to return it (at my own cost) before sending me another fake! When I reported them to Amazon they cancelled my order stating that the item was "Out of Stock", but then they threatened to charge my credit card if I didn't return the fake memory stick. I had to cancel my credit card.

i recently bought an 8gb sony pro duo card on this site it turned out to be a fake, the company i bought it from did evently give a refund but they were not happy that i gave them bad feed back, but at the end to the day they have a responsibilty to provide what they are advertising. i reported them to amazon but they are still trading on here..

I also bought 2 of ebay (fakes) and have spoken to many who have bought them from market places etc. In the case of the 16gb memory stick you get what you pay for. I finally bought one from amazon and its the real deal, don't waste your time or money searching for the deal there is way to many fakes about. Its worth the money if your into movies and music for your psp or camera etc just be worned there is tons of fakes about.

I bought one of these from Digiplay a couple of weeks ago. I spent hours loading it up with mp3 files which kept disappearing. It was like trying to fill a sieve with water. I tried using Sony's data recovery software to bring the files back but after a while my phone, my PC and Sony's software failed even to register the presence of the card. Digiplay were apologetic and sent a replacement after I had forked out for postage to send the faulty one back. A couple of days ago I got the replacement and had exactly the same problems. What can you say about a bit of plastic 1/4 of a post stamp? i did put it in my mobile phone and it does the job. the postage is a bit on the high side for this item but it's worth it. quick delivery and good brand. A+++
