My partner recently purchased the Sony KDL 32v4000 tv with the Techlink TWM2 wall bracket as a promotion. Great tv but completely incompatible with the supplied wall bracket. We have complained many times but still Amazon are advertising this bracket with the tv. "WHY !!!!!!!!" DO NOT BUY THE TECLINK TWM2 BRACKET FOR THIS TV.

Read all the other reviews here before making the purchase and found them very useful, informative and helpful in making final decision and supplier. The television is superb and has an amazing picture, even with our old school video recorder. This is a good incentive to now buy a hard drive recorder or a blu ray disc player! Maybe next christmas! Price was excellent value, with no charge for delivery. We received the telly within 48 hours and gave me a treat to play with in time for the weekend and to watch the rugby. Great job!

This is our first LCD TV, so I'm no expert. The picture quality from freeview and DVD is fantastic. Setup was virtually automatic, and so far the default picture settings have been fine. I've read some other reviews which state sound is the one weaker area with this set, but it seems OK to me, not amazing but fine. The one thing I don't like is the EPG doesn't have a picture insert. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great product delivered quickly by Amazon as usual, plugged it in and followed the on-screen instructions and works like a dream. Purchased with glass stand which also went together with no problems. Shame Sony only does it in black as I prefer silver cabinet televisions

I decided back in May that I was going to spend some money I'd saved up on a LCD tv for my bedroom. After much research, shopping around and advice I decided on a Sony LCD. I initially didnt want anything of this size but because there wasnt much of a price difference I decided what the hell and got this 32"! I paid £440 for it at the time and it arrived within a few days. I couldnt believe the brilliant price... such a difference between Amazon and everyone else selling it...including Sony themselves! Months later and I'm still very pleased with my buy. It looks and sounds fantastic! It has pc input which is great, I plug my laptop in and watch movies online through it. I have now had this TV for nearly a year now without a problem. Picture quality is fantastic as what you expect from Sony. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because the sound quality is weak.

This was a gift December 07. I was delighted then and am delighted now. Terrific (Bravia) picture quality on Freeview, with my DVD player and my PVR. Very swift EPG for Freeview, though it does turn the picture off to show the guide. Works flawlessly with my PC at 1360x768 or 1024x768. I wouldn't want a higher resolution for the computer as the graphics card wouldn't cope, given that I want it to display Far Cry & Rome TW as well as the net etc. Even shows the TV channel as a small screen in the corner, whilst also handling the full PC image - a really nice picture in picture option... Occasionally it seems to reduce the signal into my Humax PVR or vice versa (perhaps a tiny amount of interference?) but rarely a big problem ... Read More:

I spent a little extra buying this TV over some other 32" LCD's, mainly due to the excellent reviews I read on this product. When I opened the box, I was surprised at the low quality of the plastics used, and the overall flimsy feel. Certainly not like the Sony's of old. When powered up however, the image is really amazing, that Bravia engine certainly makes the built in freeview look good, which is normally where LCD's fall short. The image from my Xbox 360 via the VGA port was also very good, as was DVD playback via component. Sound quality is nothing special though, there is a distinct lack of bass. With the bass control turned up, the sound is muddy. The treble also lacked clarity. It sounds the best with vocal material. ... Read More:

The Sony KDL-32S3020 which I ordered came the next day and, when connected as shown in the handbook, worked perfectly. It was very quick and easy to do, and the handbook was written in intelligible English. I am not used to this so it came as a pleasant surprise. Well done, Sony!

I must admit that I bought the Sony TV as I wanted my Sony PVR remote control to work both the TV and the PVR. I was in the opinion that any medium priced TV would give adequate performance. The TV has excelled in all areas. It has shown up my PVR as I switch between the PVR and the Digital TV. It can keep up with fast motion without being "blocky". One point that is above and beyond the call of duty. The sound system. I used to use a surround-sound system but now make do with the stereo TV speakers. The integral speakers do not look large but really do the business! It seems to throw the stereo wider than seems possible. I bought this at £619, just when flat screen TV prices were falling.
