I've had this reader for a few years now and been using it on a G4 iMac. It has performed perfectly well over that time. Please be wary if you're a new buyer though as it won't work with SD cards over 1GB and it won't recognise the SDHC cards that are available now (which weren't around at the time of this products release). I've had it working fine with a 2GB Compact Flash card and it's been fine on the USB 1 port of my iMac. It's a nice little reader but out of date. You're probably better off getting something more up to date that can handle more.

Nice looking hub, when working it functions very well...reads my sd card at lightning speeds! Very Impressed with that side of it, however! Every time I turn my computer off..when I turn it back on again it some how goes off line! Got to pull the plug out and re insert it for computer to recognise it again...very annoying!

This reader will only work with cards up to 1GB. This is from personal experience and also from Belkins UK website. If you only want to work with small cards it works fine but be aware of its limitation.

I have not bought this product but was reading the top 100 reviewers comments and was just wanting to make a suggestion to the problem of sliding , if you go to the pound shop in your local area you will get a piece of cloth which is in a roll format and stops all things from moving once this is put under it ask in the shop for it they will know what you mean, it is blue and looks like a little carpet but when used you will see what i mean i wish i could add a pic but cant to let you see what i mean but i know this will work for all you out there i am going to buy this product as i need it for my tomtom mobile which is in my mobile phone some people laugh when i tell them this but they dont believe me but all the fool them as i ...
