I'm buying these phone to give to customers and after using the Belkin and Netgear wifi phones with great dificulty this is a breath of fresh air easy to setup and use. Excellent call quality compared to the above mentioned wifi phones and still wireless. I have had 1 faulty phone so only 4 stars instead of 5. I have bought 12 of these in the last 3 months and are Definitely the best skype phones I have used.

I have only had this phone for a couple of days and originally found it was not working correctly when running Vista. However a quick visit to the Philips web site and a download of the latest software soon solved the problems. About to purchase a second handset for my daughter and am recommending it to everyone I know.

This phone worked fine when I had XP, but having changed computer and had Vista I could not get the phone to work.

Works well. It is a low cost phone. My regular cordless phone has better voice quality. But this is easy to carry along with my notebook computer. Very economical and VERY GOOD deal.

been through several phones and headphones. this product has superior voice input and output quality. It is a bit on the heavy side if you intend to carry it with you in your laptop bag etc... but not that heavy unless your fussy. if you want it for skype only, then it is incredible as it works in perfect sync with skype. If you want it for other VOIP software then it will work as a ear and mic piece. the touchpad etc.. does not work with other softwares. You get MP3 quality output. the unit fits very nicely with the contour of your face. you don't get hot ears as is the case with headphones and some other usb phones. and it has a neat button for your voicemail. the guy who is recorded for this sounds like Arnold in Terminator, maybe ... I've spent money on VOIP phones and with VISTA bugging with them all the time decided to buy the Netgear. Plug in and use it - how easy? I'm impressed with it despite the dodgy ringtones. There aren't any alternatives yet unless you want to spend £100's. So if you want a phone that's permanently logged into skype regarless of computer being on this is the phone for you.

I just bought Two of these phones. I must Warn that they are CURRENTLY NOT VISTA COMPATABLE. The one that works on my XP machine is great. I am now having great problems getting the other item returned, as it is of no use unles it works with VISTA.
