Never heard of Klipsch but after reading the reviews decided to buy one and I am so glad I did.The sound is amazing, good base and top end range, remote works really well, the price on Amazon won't be beat "fantastic value" and it does look nice in black too.Stop here and save yourself time, you won't go far wrong with one of these!

This product got great reviews which was why I bought it, and at a great price I was happy as these are generally much more expensive. Unfortunately though none of these reviews pointed out that it didn't work with iPhone so when I rushed home to play with my new toy I was very disappointed to find that it was useless! Next time I will definitely double check this before buying. Although on a plus note I will say that Amazon's returns procedure seems to be very efficient so far.

3.Power Traveller Power Monkey - Universal Charger for all Mobile, PDA & iPod from: Power

Electronics : Power Traveller Power Monkey - Universal Charger for all Mobile, PDA & iPod
I bought a powermonkey for a transatlantic flight and didn't need to use it in the end, but I did use the universal mains adaptor in the US to charge, not the monkey itself, but my ipod, two brands of mobile phone, and, having bought and additional connector tip, my Nintendo DS, so I didn't have to carry any extra mains adaptors! I can't comment on the efficacy of the monkey itself, but I consider it worth getting for the mains adaptor alone.

Electronics : Logitech MM50 Portable Speakers for iPod - Black
I ordered this after carefully reading all the reviews, and thanks to Amazon's efficiency received it very quickly. It has several adaptors included, but none for the 3rd generation Nano (the short square one). I rang Logitech and they recommended that I use the flat adaptor included, but with this there is still a lot of "play" so that when you touch the iPod the connections could bend and break. They also told me that there will be a suitable adaptor eventually, but they don't know when.

It is a pity, because the sound is really good. However, it is also quite heavy, although it is meant for travelling, and includes a nice travel case. But I am sending it back, as it is no good with my iPod.

iStuff Companion Speakers
Good points: very, very small & light & have a neat little case if you like that kind of thing. No batteries or power is needed, which makes them very portable.
Bad points: poor quality sound and distortion at high volumes. The maximum volume is just enough to be heard in one room, but not if the room is full of people. Also the headphone jack lead is very short.

Portable Folding Speakers for Ipods & mp3 players - white = the same as you find on lots of websites.
Good points: maximum volume better than iStuff. Not too big.
Bad points: heavier than the others because of need for batteries. This is its greatest limitation, I think. Batteries only last about 6 - 8 hours and because ... Read More:

Electronics : Edifier i-F200 Black Double Bell Alarm Clock Retro iPod Docking Station/Charger
This little gadget of joy has made my mornings worth waking up for!
What I did before god only knows!

Every morning I wake to my own music rather than an annoying voice on the radio, or an irritating buzz. It's so easy to program, (You just put your ipod on the dock and it does the rest!) I'm not sure where others have had trouble?...

I spent forever looking at all the alarm clocks on amazon, trying to pick a clock that looked nice, and would be pleasant to wake to. Other alarm clocks all seem to have their faults, from flashing between the date and the time, to being bulky and ugly, to just a poor/annoying buzz for a wake up call. I'm student, and I don't really have £25 to just throw around willy-nilly, but this truely ... Read More:

Ordered for my iPod touch 2nd Gen to get better, louder sound than the puny unbuilt speaker delivers.
A waste of time - the iblock does not mute the internal speaker and does not play any sound either.
Totally useless.

I wanted a pair of cheap and cheerful speakers I could take travelling with me at the end of the year - nothing that I would be heartbroken over if they got stolen, lost or damaged in transit, but which still worked well enough for me to listen to my music without having to plug in my earphones every time. These speakers are perfect - nothing fancy, but I am really pleased with the sound quality. They are light and fold up really compactly which makes them ideal for travelling. All in all, a great bargain. Would highly recommend.

i was quite confused at first about buying a jbl radial ipod dock. i kept reading mixed product information and i wasn't sure if this product did what i wanted it to do.

i wanted it to use a printer usb cable to sync with my computer because apparently you have to use an expensive ipod cable on the radial micro and i wanted the video output to be s-video (unlike a radial micro that a friend owns)also i lost my dock connector that came with my ipod classic so i wanted it to include those.

because of my specific wants i took quite a risk buying this product but when it came i was delighted. in the box were many dock connectors, one of which fit my ipod. it came with a printer usb cable and an auxillary lead. there were two power cables included. ... Read More:

I bought this from Amazon. It works well. I use it to play MP3 sound downloaded onto my Palm handheld. The sound quality is good, and loud enough for me. The front of the speakers is a bit exposed and I will have to take care when lugging them round in my rucksack. The bag is not really good enough and a bit of stiff card should do the trick. In the house this is not a problem. Apart from that, fine.
