Read the reviews, but thought I might for once be one of the lucky ones...I wasn't, alas. This device definitely does not do what it says on the tin. Tried "One Touch" configuration - Powered up next to WiFi Router;"Find" light flashed; pressed button 10 secs as directed: light stopped flashing (sometimes; sometimes it wouldn't stop at all, sometimes it took much longer than 10 secs); took it 5 yards (sorry, metres - showing my age!) away, well within existing WiFi range; plugged in; light started flashing (i.e. it hadn't remembered the settings as promised); checked instructions; tried again...and again. Bought this as Belkin appear to be reputable brand. Whilst not an expert, I am reasonably PC literate and have set up wireless networks (successfully) before. I installed it as per instructions. It went like a dream and I was on the internet in minutes. That night I switch off PC. Next day, switch on - no wireless connection. Try to open Belkin software and it tells me to connect the adapter 1st - it is already connected! No matter what, software won't open and cannot get a connection. Tried various things, including uninstalling and starting from scratch, but no joy. It's going back for a refund tomorrow.

The PDA is fine, but will not work with a memory card in situ. Contrary to what you might read, SD cards in axcess of 1GB memory are not supported by HP or the SD card manufacturers for this device. I bought a Kingston 2 GB SD memory card based on a review of the iPAQ and it is not recognised by the PDA and no one can (or will) give me any help. A waste of money.

i have found that the h22100 is a very useful tool in everyday life. the only problem is that it keeps resetting itself, but i have found that if you insert a small piece of paper in the battery compartment it stops the resetting at the slightest knock.
