I bought the stowaway after being told that it would work on an iPAQ 2210. After buying it, i found out that yes, the adapter fits, but the driver doesn't. Despite this, I found the keyboard to be very good value for money, but obviously cannot comment on its performance when in use. The keyboard itself feels very stable and sturdy, my only problem is that when mounted on the keyboard the ipaq is a bit wobbly. again, i'm not sure if this is just my ipaq or not.

The expansion jacket adds incredible versatility to the IPAQ when used with the right products. For example plug an IBM Microdrive in and store 340mbs worth of files! There are also 1GB versions making the IPAQ the most powerful PDA on the market. Do make sure you check specifications when purchasing network cards or other drives for the expansion sleeve because it may have compatability issues. All in all though a 5 star product!

You can even update your ROM, which you could if you modified your cradle. A must for the traveller. N.B: if you use a USB hub, make sure is powered externally, otherwise run the risk of errors from your USB devices!

This cradle/ charger is not an easy one to get hold of and has been brought by owners of h1900 series as recommended by COMET workers. Be warned!!!!! However, these smart devices are an essential on the desk, well recommended.

A USB charger... a very good idea. It is easier to carry around as it isn't as bulky and it isn't as heavy as a socket charger. The obvious benefit is that you can do without having a different socket for every country you travel to as it draws power from any PC with a USB port. The only downside is that it doesn't charge as quickly as a socket charger, but that's only a minor gripe. Overall, a very competent buy.

The leather look and feel is great, and that's all that could be said in favour of this product. It's expensive, not particularly well-done, and is not even protecting very much its content. Also the agenda-book appearance, although looking great at a board meeting, is impractical if you want to write while holding your PDA in your left hand. For that, a softer case, with the cover hinged on the top instead of the side, if far more practical.

Just picked one of these up. YES - it does turn the ipaq into a bit of a fatboy. YES - it does mean that you need to pick up a new case for your ipaq (is anyone really happy with the original slipcase anyway? I recommend the flakjacket...) BUT - turns your ipaq from a standard PDA into an mp3 player, mobile doc unit, gameboy-beater, pocket slideshow projector etc etc. Only thing - if you're copying big docs to a flash card, you are going to need an alternative way to do it than the serial cable, cos it's SLOOOOOOOOW. PCMCIA adapter (dirt cheap) or USB sync (not reliable, apparently).
