Got this great player last week, I was using PS3 before for Blu Ray only and I was not happy with sound quality... So I bought this player and found huge difference! In PS3, it was restricted in Picture and Sound settings, you can now play around as you can in dedicate player. Now I can set them as I want and pass... sound in Bitstream to my amplifier to get maximum output. About this player, it's easy to setup, crisp picture, better colours and excellent sound output. First things first, there is no need to buy a wall mounting bracket for this TV unless you require left to right swivel, there is a wall plate included in the box!! Regarding the TV itself, its good, read the other reviews ! the only downside is the response time between pushing the remote control button and the system responding, but other than that it is as good as it gets for this kind of money.

Despite warnings from friends that aerials like this just don't work i decided to take a gamble based on reviews and i'm not sorry i did I was just hoping to pick up a few channels, but this aerial has picked up every single digital channel and gives good reliable reception on them all surpassed all my expectations, outstanding

I thought this was a good replacement for my Panasonic machines (which have both developed some weird faults and will not record on non RAM discs) until I tried to duplicate a DVD-R I made on the Sony on my PC. Yes, Ashampoo says it has copied it and the vob files etc are all there, but the copy will not play on the Panasonic or PC. I have also tried to rip the files of Sony made DVDs using DVDFab (which worked fine on Panasonic discs) so I can post my home vids of bands on YouTube. No luck. I found an alternative ripper but that's another 30 quid. A look around the web told me others had similar problems. It's something to do with Sony's filing system which dislikes your making back up copies of your DIY home clips etc. It makes me worry ... Read More:

Have been looking around for a DVD recorder for quite some time and final decided to go with the Panasonic EX768EBK. Have had it now for about 3 weeks and am very happy with the results. Its easy to set up and although i am only using it with an old tv the picture is excelent. When i do eventualy upgrade the tv the recorder has enough features to be compatable with almost any hi Def TV with upscaling to match the performance. Recording is a doddle just select from the freeview listing and it even alows you to adjust the timings manualy if required. I am only in a medium signal strength for freeview but it is crystal clear and the pausing and play of live TV is great. Its a great piece of equipment and all for £175. Cant wait to get the new TV now.

Already owning a couple of Panasonic DVD Recorders I didn't hesitate in purchasing this model. Alas there was a minor fault on the one I bought, but it was replaced by Amazon within 3 days. I am very pleased with it and like most will not use all facilities on the recorder, but I do like being able to record a complete series by selecting the first episode and then just clicking a button. HDMI upgrading of picture quality is superb Very Pleased

It does all that it promises. I know nothing of Sky + or whatever, so can't compare its recording function for ease-of-use. I've found it all easy to use so far. It's very quick and simple to set it to record to HDD a program by just choosing it from the daily listings on the Freeview menu. However, as I think someone has pointed out on a forum here, I'm very surprised there's no way to record (to any format, VHS, HDD or DVD) one channel and watch a different channel at the same time. Yes, while recording TV you can watch an already-recorded medium (on VHS, HDD or DVD), but nothing live. This is especially odd as this machine boasts two TV tuners, one digital, one analogue.
