I use mine in my LG KE500 Dimple and it lets me transfer files relatively easily, having given up trying to use the USB cable. The adapter lets me use it as I would a normal SD card when putting the smaller card from the mobile into my PC. At 2GB the card is expected to be compatible up to its full capacity and is far, far bigger than I actually need.

Like alot of people who have already reviewed, i used to hate ipods & swore i'd never get one! But my massive music collection(45GB, 7148 songs) made it the only option. I've previously had a 20GB Creative Zen years ago & a Sony 20GB until i bought this, so i'm used to music software. Itunes is a bit more effort but once your willing to take the time to tag your music, i spend a solid week correcting, filling in blanks & adding album artwork, it's worth it. The Coverflow part is excellent when all the artwork is added, but it has to be done manually for the music already contained on your computer, as the artwork & tags can only be got automatically for cd's ripped with itunes. Had used my 500gb drive for around 6 months without any problem until one day it was toppled from a foot high coffee table on to a carpet. Despite a soft landing it completely stopped working and WD support now tell me the drive has failed and my only option is to spend thousand of pounds for a data recovery expert to recover my data. This would be less galling if WD didn't market this drive as "robust". Would not buy again.

Hi, I bought this on the 28th of October with free super save delivery. It was dispatched on the 29th with an estimate arrival of 6th of May. That was ok because i wanted it for my girlfriends birthday (20th May) thats why I chose super save delivery. And I received it today (30th October) happy days. What more can you ask for. Best price, no messing about or worries and its a cracking ipod aswell. Couldnt ask for more, Cheers

Question: When is a bargain not what it seems? Answer: When the bargain is advertised on Amazon Site promising Free Delivery if you spend £15 or more on items and then during processing excluding items and charging rediculous delivery charges. Having seen other comment on the matter it would appear that this practice has been going on for sometime. Shame on you Amazon you will not catch me again. Contact with seller confirmed this to be true and their invoice did show the correct pricing.

This product is described as "ships with Bonus MicroMate USB 2.0 SD/SDHC Reader". This is not the case and when I contacted the supplier I was met with a blunt reply and told to return the product. In addition to this I bought two and paid postage twice. They came in one package and therefore did not cost twice the postage.

after 1 year my little sisters ipods battery died, and apple said they would fix it for £200, i told her she might aswell buy a new one. so she got this nano. this new ipod nano design is just pathetic, the click wheel is SO small that clicking on the wrong option is a common mistake. the hold button is in some retarded place and got some retardd shaape that is hard to find let alone use. the PATHETIC £1 headphones suppied are just garbage. seriously. you MUST use sucky itunes software to put anything onto the ipod. Itunes is no. 1 retarded piece of software, it is SO LAGGY even on my high spec computer, installed itunes loads up like 4 other processes that just eat away your CPU/Memory and connecting up the ipod just completely ... I recently bought an Olympus E 510 twin-lens kit and it came with a fairly slow 2 GB CF card. So I bought this... It works noticeably more quickly than the CF card and the panorama function is fantastic! Just plug the camera into PC via USB, and everything happens on its own with Adobe Photoshop Elements 6. The card-reading thing is a bit annoying (my lap-top recognises and reads it, but my desk-top does not), but that is easily overcome with the USB transfer. The card does what it says and - so long as your camera is compatible - then you need have no worries. The panorama function is far more than the gimmick I thought it would be and does produce astonishing results with little or no fiddling.
