Did exaclty what it said on the box! Converted hundreds of videos to DVD over the Summer as well as some of my fav. T.V. shows! No problems at all. If your computer meets the minumum requirements it should run like a dream! The bundled software was all good, all very easy to use. Did exactly what it said on the box at pretty good speeds. Worth the money!!!

Product features says 'Convert any video, VHS, Hi8, etc. to CD or DVD' This is not strictly true as the instruction manual makes it clear that attempting to capture clips longer than 10 minutes will result in 'an audio video out of sync condition' (pity the features list didn't mention that!) For clips less than 10 minutes, its excellent, but don't expect to use this to back up anything longer than that as the sound at the end will be a good few seconds behind the video. I was also disappointed that it couldn't capture on my laptop with only one other USB product plugged in - I had to unplug the USB mouse before it would work. It won't work with Windows Server 2003 and Adaptec have no plans to develop drivers for this ... Read More:
