A great flat screen! Displays DVD's in perfect quality! I played through Half Life 2 Episode 2 with it and was amazed at the difference in quality of graphics in comparison to my old CRT! I would definetly recommend this TFT to other gamers! The monitor is set very bright out of the box and I had to turn the brightness down but other than that this is a great all round choice for any user!

Brill little machine Very quiet i have to keep checking to see it is actually on! Mine came with a 5000 chip, so yes i assume they keep updating as they roll them out, anyway im not complaining. no dvi output , but then this can be gained when upgrading the video card. sound out is good, specially when plugged into a 5.1 system. Digital is via one of the 3.5mm plugs that also doubles as a input if no digi detected. decided to call acer regarding the 'security' stickers on the side panels,they were very helpful. motherboard appears to be from the 'Foxcomm' range which has a reasonable reputation.
