Superb delivery service - ordered Wednesday night, delivered 9.30am on Friday with standard delivery. Text received to say when it had been despatched. Only tools needed are 1/2" masonary drill, 13mm spanner and a phillips screwdriver. All fittings, including wall bolts included. In built spirit level on the wall bracket saves needing 2 pairs of hands when trying to get the wall mounitng level. I would recommend buying the smallest version possible for the size of TV you have. I ordered this model (32-55") for a 32" tv and it fits fine but the brackets are visible - they could be 3-4" shorter for this size of TV with out affecting safety.

This is a really solid, well made bracket. I used it to hang my 32" Toshiba LCD TV, and it takes the weight with no problems. All of the fittings seem heavy duty, and good quality. It goes together nicely, you fit arms to the TV, attach a back plate to the wall, and then hang the tv, adding a locking arm. One person could do it fine as long as the TV isn't too heavy. The wall bracket also comes with an integrated spirt level, which makes things really easy. The tilt action is very handy, and makes the viewing angle very adjustable. A word of warning though, it's all in imperial (inches), not metic (mils), so I was slightly flumoxed to begin with. I ordered this bracket for my Pioneer 5080XD because I didn't want the TV sticking out too far - the Plasma is quite deep (about 4") and it holds the TV only 1" away from the wall. This is perfect because I am bringing the wall out a few inches so the screen will look like it's an inch thick. It comes with all the fixings you need - a range of bolts to attach the bracket to the TV and some 3" concrete bolts to fix to the wall. It is very strong and once attached to the wall it's rock solid. The locking bar is useful - once the tv is on the wall this bar slides through the slots preventing the tv from being lifted off. I can't see why anyone would pay hundreds for a bracket when this does the job perfectly.

This bracket is awesome... I was a bit concerned that, due to the age of my house and its brickwork, the walls wouldn't support this bracket, let alone the TV. BUT IT'S BRILLIANT! I have yet to put my TV onto it but I have tested it with my own weight and its as sturdy as any other bracket i've looked at. Bear in mind that it is not a 'low profile bracket' as when it's fully retracted to the wall its depth is approx 10cm, plus the TV depth. But the mobility of the bracket makes up for its depth. DEFINATELY RECOMMENDED

Excellent service by Allcam. It arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. It was extremely easy to set up (screws are used to secure the harddrive into the case. These were supplied along with a small screwdriver!). The installation guide wasn't much use, but if you're attaching the enclosure to a Windows XP system (which I was) it was simply a case of plugging the power supply to it and then the usb cable from it to the pc. Windows XP immediately recognised it and all its contents (there was no need to format it - something the small guide mentions). All in all I am very pleased with it and it is fairly quiet too (so far).

This is a great product. Comes with more screws, spacers and washers than you need for a single TV and 4 of these were the correct size for TV. Came with 3 different spacers (width and length) however none of these were suitable for the Sony KDL32V4000 so put it on without them. Requires the drilling of at least 4 substantial holes (9mm) so if fitting onto brick will require a decent drill. Swivel adjustment easy to operate and strong enough to hold TV in position.
