I bought this satnav because I was so afraid of getting lost, a woman driver on her own, and only being able to afford the basic, so I went for this one, Easy to use, basic but definate directions, very easy to follow, just put in your postcode or address or poi and off you go, very easy and striaghtforward, got me to my destination with no hassel whatsoever. If you dont want lots of frills and pretty pictures to confuse things go fo this. It well worth the money and easy to store, carry around use for cycling, walking too, has all these features, I didn't need anything else. great value.

Purchased these units (2 sets actually) after having used a friend's radios (same model) in the French Alps where they worked particularly well (crystal clear reception with users on opposite side of a mountain.) Particularly impressive is the clear voice quality - much better than other models I have tested (and I've tested a lot!) Contrary to other reviewers, I've found the range good for this model (good in mountains), although all users of any 2-way radios need to be aware that range is always restricted in built-up areas or if one user is inside a building. IMHO they are difficult to beat at the price.

For £15 i dnt think this package is all that. you can a car charger & a holder but you already get this when you buy the actual Sat Nav. the mains adapter didn't work after one use of it so ended up sending the whole thing back and decided on a refund. Handily, you do get a travel bag & a sav nav 'bag' (to protect the thing), but I don't think that's worth £15. save your money & give this a miss.

I have used this phone for a while now. For the money it is extremely good value. The phone has many features, most of which are very useful, such as a flashing indicator light to show you have missed a call, an LCD display telling you how many missed calls you have had (even if they left no message) and the ability to have two different selectable Out-Going-Messages...to name but a few. The only reason I have not given this 5 stars, is that the quality is somewhat suspect, but probably not surprising considering the pricetag. Bought these for use on holiday to save cash on mobile phone bills. We used them between two cars whilst out driving. The advertised 3km range is widely optimistic - we found they worked for about 400m if the other car was in plain view without obstruction. They probably work much better out of the car and in open space but haven't tried that so couldn't comment. Having said that they are pretty cheap, have a very good battery life and come with a neat desktop charger/holder.

This is a reasonable cordless phone set at this price range. It looks nicer than most of the handsets out there and also includes an answer machine. The call volume is nice and loud. The range is good, and works well all around my 2 storey house. The menu system is quite intuitive and simple to use. The buttons are comfortably soft but being made of rubber, tends to attract lots of lint/dust. However it has a few flaws which let it down. The phone has a very limited caller display function and can't seem to display the full number of the caller, and leaves out the last 2-3 digits depending on whether the call is from a mobile or national landline.
