I bought the IXUS 75 after researching for a week or so into all the small digital cameras on the market, and also reading reviews on camera review sites. It was worth every penny. Seen/tested lots of other small cameras in places like Currys and this was definitely the best one. I'm really pleased with it and would recommend to anyone after a small stylish camera with all the good features. The 32MB memory card isn't very big so I bought a 1GB off Amazon for £2.

Bought this camera a year ago. The only niggle that I have is the lack of a battery meter. It is the best 'point and shoot' digital camera that I have used/owned. It is small and easy to use.

Wouldn't it be nice if the advertiser paid attention to it's customers, we now have three customer discussions all asking about suitability for different printers... Guess they have all done what I did, searched for their Cannon printer and saw that this item was in the list of "Customers Who Viewed This Item Also Viewed" The offering does not give an exhaustive list of suitable printers... neither does it give the Cannon reference numbers on the cartridges. Wake up sellers, do you want to sell this product or not??? David

When I first started using this printer I thought Wow! It really is streets ahead of the Epsons I've used over the years. I use my printer a lot for printing cartoons so lots of vibrant colours but it's also excellent for photographs. I was amazed that the original cartridges lasted 4 months! Never been known with the amount of printing I do. The problem came when I had to replace the cartridges. Canon's cartridge prices are scary. So I bought compatibles. They lasted three weeks! The colour is terrible. No amount of head cleaning or fiddling would get my colours anywhere near. Perhaps I am being too hard on the 560, but overall I am disappointed. I rave about Canon cameras, recommending them to my friends. I currently have an S5is as my main camera, and am very pleased with it. When my wife's A70 died, after 5 years service, the A560 seemed the perfect replacement: double the pixels, slightly higher zoom and all in a smaller model. Unfortunately I am not overly impressed. The build is not as good as the older A70, and more importantly, the image quality is inferior. Pictures are less sharp and the colours less natural than I am used to from the older camera. I finally decided it was time to upgrade my old faithful 4 mega-pixel Minolta and took some time in choosing its replacement. Buying this camera is one of the best decisions I've ever made. It is the ideal camera for those people who want considerably more than a point-and-shoot camera but occasionally want to do just that. Its various preset modes are excellent - in particular I've found the indoor and snow modes so good that there really isn't a need to manually set shutter speed, focus and so on. Received item fine but as I ordered a black cartridge as well as a colour cartridge I was charged double the postage £9 I do think this is rather expensive.

I read a review given by the lady before and visited advantage-online because well everyone wants cheaper cartridges. The delivery came the next day which was wonderful...however i was VERY dissapointed. The cartridge is refurbished and the one i got barely even lasted me a week which as i am a university student and had essay deadlines caused me a lot of trouble. On top of that i paid more than i usually do thinking maybe its worth. Stick to this seller...the values great and the delivery's free!

I purchased this camera for use at work on the recommendation of a collegue. I've taken it home & played with it too. It's a brilliant little camera. I've not used it a great deal so haven't got to grips with it properly,but so far what pics i took were very good. It was also easy to download the pics onto the pc. My 12 yr old Daughter was snapping away with it too, and sussed out the video mode & shot some footage of our cat who was not amused at being filmed!. From what it's produced it's impressive, so much so that I'm going to buy one for myself!. They are coming down in price since i purchsed it before Xmas.It could do with a case tho', but then as someone else has pointed out it wouldn't fit so easily into a pocket.

Short and sweet - I've owned this camera since last Christmas and haven't had one photo disaster. It's quality feel, crystal clear photos (no motion blur) and ease of use makes it foolproof. Get it with the Canon DCC70 soft leather case and keep it protected. I've owned at least 10 digital compacts and this baby is head and shoulders over them all!
