I've had mine for about 18 months now, and have put it through vigorus use, and yesterday it finaly gave up the go. overall i think that this is a very good player, that is easy to use (once you work out how to use the touch pads) that has easy to use software, that was easy to install (even on my rubbish comp, that doesn't like any thing new). However i did have a few minor problems, i found that it was very slow to load and that every so often (about once a month)i had to reboot the library (which took forever). I also found that the headphone wire broke very easily and have had to replace them twice, but don't let this stop buying them because this is still a top notch player that is great to use.

I bought my Nano quite a while ago now, I'd say... 2 years? And it's still going strong. Easy to use menus, decent battery life and sound quality, and the equalizer settings actually make quite a bit of difference. Obviously mine's now looking rather battered, but despite having been dropped, clattered around loosely in my handbag and used pretty much day in day out it still works just as well as it did the day I got it. The best thing I would say about this MP3 player is the drag and drop method of updating the files on it. I've had experience with other brands, I-pod being the main one and have found the additional software cumbersome and to be honest, really irritating, in comparison. A cracking set of speakers, ideal for holidays or by the BBQ. Having a mid range Denon system in the house I wasn't expecting all that much from this little thing but I was really surprised. Already the techno mad daughter has ditched her iplod speakers and laid claim to this for her holidays and even the wife raised an eyebrow at the sound quality and that's some praise.

I brought this thinking it was an excellent buy, great headphones with great sound, and a charger making charge times more convient. I wanted to protect my zen, so I thought the silicon skin would do its job and in my point it hasn't when I came to take off the skin, I noticed scuffs and scratches all over the face of my player! (not on screen) When I saw these I wasn't very happy. I can only say that because of the skin been to tight the slightest fragment from the rubber as completely scratched the front, as the customer said above it can also prevent you using the NAV buttons at times! Just warning people of this as you don't want to wreck the general face of your player, I'm currently getting onto creative about this!

I got this as an upgrade to some horrible cheap PC speakers I got for a fiver a while back. Obviously, they are a massive improvement on that. But I am a little disappointed in the sound quality. I like to listen to music on my PC and I'm a little bit of an audiophile (but not to the extent that I need professional help), and I suppose I was expecting more from this set up. Essentially what you have are two mediocre speakers for mids and highs and an absurdly aggressive bass "bin" that goes under your desk or wherever. Well, if you like bass you'll love this - the bass is earth (or carpet) shaking and doesnt disappoint. Although the features & functions are like the apple ipod, touch pad controls with or without clicks also sensitivity touch. This CREATIVE ZEN Vision:M is much easier to use than the ipod, just drag & drop to download no need via program. The image is sharp when photo viewing & select your own wallpaper which will displayed when listening to music, watching video isn't bad either, regarding photos & videos which can be protected because Vision:M has the function to hide photos/videos (which is not on the apple ipod) to stop the others to see the contents, which is very good.
