Yes, battery life... mine went dead after less than a year of usage which is disappointing. The logic of the navigation on the Zen Stone is frustrating; meant to be intuitive it is in fact a cluttered and often unresponsive effort which the designer could have avoided. It comes with no clip - I understand this is part of the 'pebble' design but from a practical point of view (i.e. when in the gym or on the move),and for something so small, a clip would have been highly useful. Following the premature `death' of the Zen Stone I am now opting for a Sandisk Sansa Clip which hopefully will prove a more long lasting choice.

I bought this sound card from Amazon to use with my Logitech Z5500 5.1 surround speakers and my HP laptop. I am using the system mostly for high-quality (lossless) music and movies, but never tried with games. At the moment, the sound card simply works with all functions it is advertised for. The only lie on the advert of this product is the EASE to set it up. Yes, I agree that it is pretty easy to get analog sound from this sound card (taking about 10 minutes or so). But it took me a week to pass "true" digital 5.1 DTS/Dolby sound through TOSLINK optical port of this card from the laptop to the speakers. I bought this to record my Grandsons Christening, and I am completely delighted with it. It looks like a mobile phone, so its really easy to carry around in your handbag or pocket, and its so easy to use. The quality of the picture is excellent, indoors and outside. Altogether a brilliant little piece of equipment.

These provide a good quality sound when attached to a PC - nothing special,but what do you expect for £10-15. Ideal if you just want standard quality sound, but if you want high quality sound for editing etc. I recommend getting some more expensive speakers in the range above this one.(£30+) But, this is a good price for a good pair of speakers.

What a fabulous little piece of kit this is! New knockdown price of £45 makes it a bargain! Follow the instructions, install software first before connecting the Zen to the PC, and once it is connected leave it there until the battery full sign appears (all explained in the instruction manual). The accompanying software is excellent, and the sync manager is a great time saver, although that does bring me to my only negative point - 2GB simply isn't enough for your average music collection. So, you have to be selective about what you put on it - I only managed to get 456 MP3 tracks onto it alongside the pre-installed stuff...... These are an excellent set of 5.1 surround sound speakers especially at such a good price. They have a superb bass response and crystal clear high ends which is expected from creative. These speakers are small but powerful and can easily be mounted on a wall with one screw, however they do also come with stands. My only complaint is that the front two speakers have a very short cable. Some people have complained only two speakers and the bass work out of the five, but this can be easily fixed with a headphone splitter. Overall an excellent set of speakers for an excellent price.

I bought this nearly a year ago in Oct 2007 , and have just upgraded to another zen product with more memory as i was so impressed with this product. Am totally impressed by this little MP3 player. ADVANTAGES: * price - is even cheaper than when i got it, I paid 21.50 and would pay it again. * Asthetics - pretty in pink ;), tiny, lightweight yet sturdy (i managed to put it thru the washing machine and the quality is still top class). * Sound quality - Great. * Usability - Straighforward. I bought this with the sole intention of using it with my laptop for DJ'ing. I had previously just used the laptop's built in sound and wasn't impressed with the overall sound, too bright. This little gem sounds superb, a nice balanced sound that made my laptop sound a lot more professional. I was worried that the USB would add latency and cause trouble with outputting 4 hours non stop music, I needn't have worried, the Sound Blaster handled it all without any trouble. Well pleased!!

These are quite compact speakers, so you are not going to get the sort of bass you hear from cars driving round the local shopping centre, making everyone's brain hurt.They are well made, with toned-down looks, and with no distortion when turned up loud.Even the finned, metal power supply is heavy, and tells you this is quality. Connections are gold plated.I have only used them for my MP3 player, but with a PC and more control over the input,no doubt they will be even better.They were bought for TV, DVD and radio.I have a pair of Creative speakers, found at the local tip for one pound.I eventually found they were the best out of the four sets in the house. Doing some searching, I found many people recommending Creative, and now I know why.
