Arrived promptly. Good value 1TB drive. Quite quick using USB2 (I have no SATA II link). The one criticism I would have is that the plastic stand to fit the drive vertically works (just) but is too flimsy and does not fit the casing of the drive correctly.

Great value for money, a good drive supporting both USB 2 and eSata. Large space and easy set up. The fan is a good idea, if a little noisy. Well worth purchasing.

I bought this item mainly because of it's E-SATA connection, but when connected via E-SATA it crashed my computer. The seller ended up saying it was due to me having Vista 64-bit, but neither amazon or their own website say that it doesn't work with Vista 64-bit. Their own website says that this product is compatible with Vista, so how come the ESATA doesn't work with 64-bit Vista. Did they not test it out? The drive works fine with USB, but I could have easily bought something else if I was just going to use the USB connection. Disappointed.

I have found this equipment cost effective, and easy to use just plug and play. It does not have a fan so can get hot.
