I purchased 3 of these as replacements for the arm type mounts on my 17inch monitors. Quite simply fantastic. Easy assembly. Great height adjustment and viewing angles. And even good to look at. If you need a replacement desktop stand I fully recommend this. Ps.......and for not much more than inferior second hand ones were going for on ebay!

I am using this Ergotron LX to support my 24" LCD monitor. The stand enables you to easily adjust the position of your monitor, just by grabbing hold of the bezel on either side of your monitor. My 24" monitor does wobble a bit when typing, due to its weight. A smaller and lighter monitor might not wobble so much. But, I can remedy that by "landing" the bottom edge of the monitor on to the top of my centre speaker. Apart from allowing you to easily adjust your seating position, to avoid back aches, this stand also makes dusting the desk, and accessing the video inputs on the back of the monitor, much easier.

Fit and finish are excellent. Instructions are comprehensive, accurate and easy to follow. There's even a list of the tools provided and a toolbox icon for what you are expected to provide. Highly recommended. My only criticism is that the cables pop out of the cable management slots, but this problem seems to affect all such arms regardless of price. I dare say that if I tried hard enough I could sort this out.... PS: I have no links with the manufacturer nor suppliers of this product, just a satisfied customer!

I bought the Neo-flex for my Samsung 226bw 22'' LCD monitor This arm is VESA 75 and 100, so it will fit almost all mounting holes on LCD panels The arm is largely pre-assembled and is of very sturdy construction After loosening some of the articulation points (they were very stiff) I can move my monitor around, however you have to grab the monitor as this arm is not an assisted arm that you can move around with your fingers, that simply costs more money to manufacture. I use this configuration for flight simulator and also having a large desktop makes it great for having multiple applications running.
