I always buy Fuji cameras so bought the Fine pix F470 zoom two years ago thought it was the best camera I have ever used, lightweight easy to use and handle great Zoom, then one day I got a warning on the screen, "Zoom error" as I had only had it ten months sent it back to Fuji for repair, could not fault there service I had it back in two weeks as good as new, after nineteen months the zoom stuck out, and would not retract back in, this time when I sent it off out of warrantee £ 98.68 to repair "ouch", decided to get another from ebay at a less price as the repair cost, and again well pleased with it, but problems with the on off switch and the delete action, at a point now that, although a good camera, but its build quality is not worth ... I purchased these because they had good reviews and I was looking for cheap, reliable CD-R's. Unfortunately, the latest batch to be sold by Amazon are manufactured by Ritek and are the worst performing CD-R's I have come across. I own a Plextor drive, one of the most media firendly around, but I struggled to get these things to burn without turning them into coasters or with large numbers of C2 errors. In the end I had to burn these discs at 16X just to get them to burn without errors, a far cry from the rated 52X. This is the second time I have had a run in with discs manufactured by Ritek, the first were TDK's, and they all have one thing in common...they are poorly made. It is suprising how some big names fall under the Ritek spell. I guess ... Read More:
