but there is troble removing as I can't remove it at all. It competely covers my ipod to protect it which is a good thing but once on can't remove which is a bad thing

I tried out docks @ £25 approx.....rubbish sound quality!This for it's size and value for money is excellent.£50 from a hight st. retailer.

The sound quality is great for the price and the price is equaly as good as on most websites it's valued for double it is on here. Excellent product. Would definaly recommend.

I have had my house party II for a couple of years now and only used it occasionally on holiday or when working away. It had worked perfectly fine and I was greatly pleased, but! .... I too have begun to experience the large and very annoying "popping" noise between tracks, so much so that I can no longer enjoy my music. To my reckoning I have only used my speaker system less than 100 hours before this started to happen. A great shame because before the popping started I would have gladly recommended this product, now i doubt if i will ever buy another gear 4 product.

Bought for my 12 year old after we had tried an FM transmitter for IPOD that drained battery in 15 minutes. This machine is good. It looks quite smart, not too big or small, quite weighty, not flimsy. Small LED display for volume or FM frequency. Keeps the Ipod charged. I think its got an alarm clock function, but we havent got around to that. Remote control is a simple but effective device and intuitive. Sound quality is very good at moderate levels. would not stand as a "blast the doors off" type hi-fi, and for this reason i recommend it as suitable for bedrooms and the like where you really dont want your kids with too many watts at their finger tips. At the price...good kit.

I bought one of these for my other half, and I am so pleased with the sound quality of such a small unit. Initially I tried a Wharfedale dock from Argos for approximately the same price, but when I got it home, it sounded absolutely awful - no bass definition whatsoever, and a pretty puny sound all round, despite (allegedly) having 25W output. So I swapped for one of these Gear4's. There is just no comparison - this sounds amazing. Great bass, but thats also coupled with very clear tones when listening to either quiet pieces or anything classical. You have a handful of preset equaliser settings, which all alter the sound pretty well. The inclusion of a radio is also a handy feature - not many of its rivals have the same. All in ... Read More:

this is truly great easy set up works great bluetoothing with samsung yp 2 . for such a small thing the volume is truely clear no distortion. with the mains lead great to use at home and the batteries option is just as powerfull and quality would highly recomend to anyone
