The only thing wrong with what you get in the package is that it does not come with the wall screw plugs. It would be ok if you were screwing it to wood but for concrete you cant just screw it on. The bracket takes about 10 minutes to put up and the mechanism works very well to hold your guitar in place. I bought 2 for my acoustic guitars, and after putting them up I could hang from them I weigh 13 stone, so I was impressed.

This is not what I thought it was, its little use unless you can listen to the track being cued, you can only do this if you have a 5.1 sound card which most laptops dont have. waste of time

I bought this because it a)had good reviews and b)it advertises itself as having 32 Watts RMS! Well, it's certainly user friendly, very easy to set up and has good sound quality (I bought it for my MP3 Zen Stone player, incidentally), but there is NO WAY it is 32 Watts; more like 3! I guess at the price I was being a little optimistic regarding volume, but that's what it says on the box; 32 Watts and that's what I expected......think I'll be using it for my PC and will purchase something else for my MP3 player.
