received this monitor. The model only has a VGA socket, yet the webpage clearly describes vga,dvi and hdmi. Turns out when i read the enclosed instructions manual this model number ProLite E2607WSV ONLY has VGA, its sister model the ProLite E2607WS is the one I need, and indeed is the one described on the webpage. three "pass the buck " phone calls to alleged "customer service" have got me no where, so i see what the email contact generates. It appears the venor wants me to pay 19.99 for the privilege of returns goods mis sold to me

bought 1 of these to replace my 19" Sony monitors. Look great, hdmi connection with a seperate sound port too, something lacking on my Sony hdtv, using these at work for design work they give you a 20% stretch on how the image actually looks so a circle looks like an oval unless you switch to native 1920 x 1200 which sorts that out but text in emails & icons are tiny then, I'm still undecided using them for that but probably my ignorance on how to set it up doesn't help, if you keep aspect ratio the screen works out only 20mm taller than my old Sony ones. Warnings about dead pixels on these monitors from sellers, out of 3 monitors I have 1 dead pixel on 1 of the monitors which you really only see when the screen is black. Great ... Read More:
