This is the one to buy. I bought this one as it had good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I opened the package, put my sd memory card in, pluged it into my computer and the photo's also video's were there in seconds. I was a bit worried because I have an old ricoh camera and a Microsoft vista on the computer but there was no problem. It is so easy your Grandma could use it, If she knows what a computer is! Had this for 6 months without any problems. Gave it to a friend to exchange some files last week. He lost it, then found it again when he took his shirt out of the washing machine - so it's survived a full spin cycle and all the data that was on there is still intact. So very happy with it.

My one just does not work at first I thought it was my poor computer skills and laid it aside. however my computer knowledgeable friends tell me it is dead. As this product is still under warranty (2 years)I contacted Amazon who gave me an email contact address for MMUK. I have emailed them on several occasions requesting they replace or refund but they have totally ignored my emails. Beware dodgy product, poor customer service, go elsewhere.

Needed a card reader to transfer images to an Sd card for viewing on my Wii.I took a gamble with this one as appossed to the more expensive Belkin product.The reason being that a reviewer stated they had problems with data transfer to larger memory cards, i.e.(1 or 2gigs). I've experienced no such problems and no overheating worries either. By the way,its 31p, or was, but the P&P alone is a fiver.

This is a great product, it's the smallest and easiest card reader i've used and is available to buy for only a few pounds and includes a 2gig sd card. This item is an absolute bargain.
