I have to agree with the last review. These are excellent earphones, but after a year I have worn through the spare marshmallow earpieces. Now they are useless as its impossible to buy spares.

I have to agree with the last review. These are excellent earphones, but after a year I have worn through the spare marshmallow earpieces. Now they are useless as its impossible to buy spares.

We have this camera for over 6 months now, and I'm glad I didn't read reviews up here before I bought it. The guy who is talking about .mod file problem is and xxxxx as stated by the other reviewer. .mod is a standard mpeg2 file with just different name, and it can be recognized on any recent video software. But if you would have some old software just change the extension name manually from .mod to .mpg. We use this camera every day. The other reviewer stated that battery last only 10 minutes, he is and xxxxx as well. The battery will last minimum 2.5 hours if you will keep playing with it or starting and stopping when recording some events. This is the third set of noise cancelling earphones I have tried after giving up on headphones, due to the pain they cause in extended usage. The previous earphones I tried were not the in ear type, which may be one of the reasons that their noise cancellation affect was very limited. These JVC earphones are the first ones I have tried that give a significant noise reduction of aeroplane engines along with good quality music reproduction. There is a slight his when switched to noise cancellation mode but nothing compared to the benefit in a high noise environment. They are very comfortable even after a ten hour flight. Overall nice design and very confortable, lacks in volume which seems to be capped somehow (I don't know much about sound). The quality is distinctively worse than that of a wired headset that I use for gaming. (creative fatality). These headphones are good for easy listeners but if you want them to go loud, like me for my drumming, stay away. Hope this helps :)
