I ordered this item yesterday eveing, and it arrived this morning! I guess that's more to do with the supplier, rather than the product itself. I have not used it all that long, but as far as I can see there are no defects with the card. What I'd really like to say is to those idiots complaining about postage. It said in the letter that came with the card: "Please note postage £4.50 for each item is fixed by Amazon under Electronics & Photo category and can not be changed, total prices have been justified" So please stfu and leave your complaints about the postage somewhere else, because this is not the fault of the supplier or the manufacturer. I bought these RAM and set up my newly built computer. Then after turning on.... all of a sudden it just froze... even when i was looking through the bios, it froze. No matter how many times i shut it down and restarted, it always kept freezing. I had to contacted the manufacturer and they sent me working ones. :P Wouldn't recommend!!

Have used the older 4GB Kingston sticks for ages and they are fast and bomb-proof. These look really cheap and flimsy in comparison and frankly don't work. They would cause our computers to freeze or crash if inserted and that's if they'd appear on the desktop at all. They are also very much slower than the 4GB versions. Not good, sent them back.

In order to use this in my Palm PC, I have to format it as FAT32. Not a problem usually except that none of my laptops will even recognise the card. From looking up on the net, this is a problem with slightly older laptops/computers and the Kingston memory. In order to get around it I have had to purchase a card reader instead of using the on-board SD reader on my Toshiba M300. So word of warning, in itself it is not a bad card, but some computers will simply not recognise it.
