I have bought four other webcams before this one, all were easy to use, of reasonable quality and all under £20. This just doesn't work on windows 2000, I had it going once after spending 2-3hrs setting it up, loading and reloading software and only when I signed up for a "FREE TRAIL" did i get it to work, then it crashed my laptop. So not deturred, I tried it on my pc, and, you guessed it, it crashed that too. Looks pretty but thats it. ***BE WARNED THIS IS UTTER RUBISH***

Unfourtanatly after a three months from pursace my mouse stoped to work. due to amazon return policy I am not able to send this item back and recieve a refund or replacement, so I can tell it was waste of my money to buy this item. Plus even this mouse is suitable for Windows Vista it is working slower with Windows Vista then with Windows XP (I've checked personaly), u have a couple af second delay after pushing a button. So this is my personal experience with this item, maybe i was unlucky but from now on I am going to think very carefully before buying something from Labtec.
