I would love to give this product, which was bought for me as a retirement present, a good review, I give it one star for looks. However, it hasn't worked correctly since it's presentation seven days ago. Request for support from the supplier by email, through Amazon and direct, has so far met with no response, despite Amazon's email assurance to the giver before purchase that all problems would be dealt with quickly and efficiently!!! If things change I may also change my review when I see it working correctly

OK so I have been using this frame for a few days now and have made the following observations. GOOD **** - Image quality is excellent - Design of frame is attractive and modern - Shuffle function is worth buying the frame alone - This is a VERY big screen for the money (be aware this is the same size as a 15" PC monitor - pretty big!) - Compact digital camera users may not have to crop the image, it may fit straight out of the camera (the aspect ratio of my compact digital means that when I drop the length to 1024 pixels, the width automatically drops to 766 pixels (only two pixels different from the frame) when proportions are constrained in Photoshop. ... I must have been unlucky because it took me a good half an hour to get my frame to work. The instructions (very few) are vague and in the "card to play with auto button facility to be pressed" type and couldn't explain why the four cards I tried wouldn't play...but then something worked and the photo's came up and played. The frame itself is well made, promptly delivered and shows the photo's off nicely, and is good value for money Just be prepared to sit patiently with a cup of tea and try to get it to work.
