I was looking for a suitable bag for my Olympus E420. I did not want a large bag with endless pockets and pouches. I find carrying loads of gear around with me a pain. This bag is a perfect fit. It is well made, light and offers a good level of protection.

I've been using this bag regularly for a few months now, so far it hasn't failed in any way. It has room for my EOS 40D with a 100-400mm zoom lens attached, with the lens hood inverted. Also, I attach a couple of other lenses to the sides of the bag. This makes it quite heavy, but no rips or tearing so far. Quite expensive, but worthwhile in the long run - should last many years.

Good quality, versatile case; will take the Lumix DMC FZ 18 superzoom camera with the camera shoulder strap attached - but most importantly with the Panasonic's standard 'petal' lenshood attached in the 'ready-to-shoot' position, [i.e. no mucking about having to unattach or reverse the lenshood to store camera]. Additional compartments for spare batteries, filters, memory cards, etc. Highly recommended.

I have a Lowepro Rover Plus and I absolutely love it to bits. It is very strong, comfortable, adjustable and ideal for long hikes as it is also weatherproof. I was looking for something that would give me fast access to my camera for short day trips as I find it a bit awkward to access the Rover Plus. Basically have to take it off, set it down, unzip and remove camera and then zip it up and put it on back and you get the picture. The Fastpack 200 has a fantastic design allowing quick access to camera and it also has good padding. The top compartment is handy for other bits and bobs. At first I did not like this strap. It looks unlike my other DSLR straps. However, it is actually well thought out in some ways. The neck part grips your neck which is nice since you can move the slide through strap and camera at will. It uses a 3cm approx wide nylon material for the strap. The fixings for the camera are better and easier too. They usually use one slip through and fold back in some way to try to secure it better; this uses two slip throughs in series and is more secure for it - it grips very tightly yet is easy to remove/fix. It has two quick-release locks which are secure - you need to depress both to remove the strap. I have this bag for my Panasonic Lumix DZ18 and it fits perfectly. The bag has all the pockets for gadgets you would require along with a raincover and screen cloth. Great bag - buy it on Amazon for a bargain (I didn't as I wanted to see if the camera would fit!)

I had been looking for a larger - but not too large - bag for some time, to carry around my Nikon D70 plus 2 zooms & hoods, S600 flash, spare card, all the leads, etc etc, and having checked the dimensions and read the other excellent review, I decided on this. It fits the bill, carrying (just about) all my kit without being too cumbersome, and it is a really nicely made item. I am not the best packer and would struggle to fit any more into it (6 lenses? - possibly but only if you're very very careful); my only slight disappointment is the cover/zip arrangement - you can't simply leave the zip unfastened and merely unclip the cover to access the camera.
