Full channel FM transmitter and charger for iPod - Black I've had 3, all in normal daily use, about 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. All have stopped working within 9 months. The first 2 were replaced by Amazon no problem, but with the 3rd Amazon are fobbing me off direct to Macally, which probably means so many have gone wrong Amazon are fed up. Buyer beware.

I would completely recommend this little product to anyone who likes ipod gadgets. The podwave is my new friend!

This camera does the job at a keen price (£13.94 on Amazon 30Jan2007: spend another £1.02 on something else and get free delivery!)

It is low resolution (288 x 352), but what would you expect for the price which is at the "so cheap I'll try it" level. Very portable - you can easily put it in you laptop bag. Seems sensitive enough in low light conditions.
In some ways low res is an advantage, because it is less of a load on your internet connection (which in our case is 512k ADSL).

I use it with Skype on an iBook G4 - it works fine within its low res limiitation.

Before Skype video was available on a Mac, I tried it with Yahoo Messenger and iChatAV. It worked, but using this software required an extra ... Read More:

6.Macally AC Power Adaptor (PS - AC4) for Powerbook & new iBook from: Macally

I bought this adaptor to replace my Apple-provided 45W model, for my Powerbook 12" 867MHz. So the laptop is a relatively low powered machine.

In comparison with the Apple adaptor, which was an old model (A1036 from early 2003), the cables seem more secure and less likely to split or burn away. (My original Apple-supplied adaptor power cable from adaptor to computer melted away at the adaptor end!) The McAlly adaptor is physically small, perhaps a little smaller than the Apple model. There is no easy way to store the cables with the adaptor unlike the Apple model. (The supplied velcro strip is a bit pointless.)

A big caveat: Whilst advertised as being suitable for Powerbooks, this adaptor is NOT fully compatible. Despite my ... Read More:

9.USB Slim Keyboard from: Macally
August 02, 2006
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

>>More Details
Electronics : USB Slim Keyboard
As yet undecided on whether this was a good purchase or not, but heres a list of initial pros and cons

Pros:
-Dirt cheap
-Looks pretty good
-2 USB ports
-4 action buttons (volume up, volume down, mute, eject)
-Power button

Cons
-Wasnt the same keyboard as in the picture - biggest downside as the real thing doesnt look half as cool and is a lot bigger buy the looks of it
-Doesn't have play/pause action button
-Feels pretty flimsy and cheap, especially compared to my macbook buttons

Personally, i don't have the money for anything more expensive, but if you can afford it, go for an apple keyboard - it really is worth the extra £30
