I bought this phone on the basis of previous good reviews, however, there are a couple of knock-backs which buyers should be aware of: The supplied Chinese made rechargeable batteries were useless. Decent replacements will help. The recharge facility on the base unit doesn't cut out when the batteries are fully charged with the phone left on the unit. I have contacted OneTel's help line but haven't received a reply to my query on this as to whether it's safe to leave it on the cradle (obvious place for it as with my previous phone.) The phone's OK with good features but I find this issue disappointing hence only 3 stars.

A great little colour-screen phone which is packed with features that compare very favourably with a top of the range Panasonic, but at a fraction of the price. The handset and answering machine clarity is excellent and both are very easy to use with the added facility of friendly voice prompts to help you. Perhaps the only minor negative is that it doesn't have an SMS facility, but who needs this when we all have mobiles? All in all a great little phone!

These phones were £16.99 excellent value for money. Arrived very quickly. Didn't want anything too complicated. Easy to install, if I can do it anyone can. The numbers on the phones are clearly visible so I do not need my glasses on.
