Really just bought this as a transmitter for our running machine. It can be a pain to have to hold the machine to get a heart rate. The transmitter works well and the machine picked up the signal and I'm delighted. (Horizon Paragon). John

Just got one of these - a great device, accurate thermometer etc but has the same annoying thing as the rest of the Oregon range: they assume people in the UK don't understand the 24 hour clock so they don't give you the option to change between 12 and 24 hour format - just 12 hour which is pretty annoying!

Having never owned a projection clock before, I was unsure as to what to expect. I needn't have been worried. The clock is compact so doesn't take up a lot of room on my bedside table. The display can be lit by the touch of a button but the projection feature means this is hardly necessary. The alarm is easy to set and the volume is adequate to wake me up. The date and temperature feature were not a requirement of mine but a useful bonus.

This has proved a well-designed and accurate device, but on the product description it says "features seasonal tides". It doesn't, which is disappointing. The seller has been contacted about this incorrect statement.

Having previously had a misfiring dire Precision (!) Global Radio Controlled Graphite case Travel alarm clock, I came to this Oregon Scientific product a little bit warily. I can report that this item works very well, it has a far better quality feel and a nice clear display. There is not a lot more I can say - the manufacturer has a small brief of what this clock should be capable of doing and has produced a product that meets all the requirements with ease. First class product.

This camera has many uses. Great mounted to the helmet of a cyclist for recording action scenes with a moutain bike. Even better on a motorbike, and fantastic for filming aerial shots from a RC helicopter. No good in extreme situations with alot of vibration and the sound quality recorded isn't great. Picture quality and auto focus good. Worth the money and purchase. A 2Gb memory card is capable of recording a good 45 minutes of footage. Battery life is good and easily replaced with two AA batteries. Light weight and easy to operate.
