With the special feature of this camera being the larged screen, one is inclined to think that maybe it is "just something else to go wrong with it". I have had 35mm Pentax for years and have found their build quality exceptional. Gladly I found that this build quality has also been carried over to its digital cameras. I have a Samsung basic digital camera which I use on a day-to-day basis for my work and I am tortured with slow startup-time and recharging flash etc. The T10 provides a welcome relief to these worries. This digital camera will replace anything. If there's a gripe - and there always is - perhaps the battery takes a long time to charge, but apart from this little niggle, this camera is sure to be a winner with its special features ... I bought this for a wedding as I only had a 12-24mm f4 (not flattering). This lens was not too expensive, has a nice amount of reach and I was really pleased to get it. Proved very light and very handy and nice and clear, with good contrast and nice sharp photos. Still use it pretty regularly. My only quibble is that I would prefer it to go wider than it does, a 17-105 would be perfect for me, but it does the job, nicely. Reasonable with focus, sometimes hunts back and forward, but then my 12-24 (the only other autofocus I have) does as well from time to time.

I was studying at college when i bought this camera and it delivered everything i needed and more. Very easy to use...a decent weight and many interchangeable options. The features/programmes are brilliant for all situations and the auto function also delivered properly. I found the battery life was excellent as well. I would recommend this camera strongly to anyone who would like a true photography experience. i have managed to sell many of the photos i took with this camera.

I purchased this camera via Amazon and haven't been disappointed in the slightest. Initially I was looking for a decent underwater camera for my trip to Mexico (snorkling) but found that the camera in fact takes brilliant pictures in and out of the water. Only negative I would add is that the screen size is now small compared to other models but as underwater pictures go, its a great little camera and great for taking in and out of swimming pools!

I have had this lens for 5 months now and I think it has been my main lens for that time, but IT IS A FISHEYE. Straight lines will be distorted, the optical quality is compromised because IT IS A FISHEYE, so you will see chromatic abberation and some general softening of the image. But you have to zoom in on the image to see this. Anyway, you buy a fisheye for the effect if gives. Search fisheye on flick if you are not sure what results you will get. I love wide, so I love this lens!! Great for 360 degree immersive panoramas (you know those ones where you can pan around a scene). Same as the Tokina 10-17 in case you do not have a Pentax or Samsung DSLR. Interestingly, this will give a full frame on a film or 1:1 sensor camera. You can see the protective ... Read More:
