OK so you can take phone calls with this and understand and be understood. Pairing is easy too but don't look for anything like HIFI. Base is OK ish but mid rage is very poor and hi notes "lisp". The whole thing sounds like you have cotton wool in your ears. Volume is week too I think you would find better sound quality from a toy at McD's

I use this headset for voice recognition with my laptop. The quality of the voice recognition is excellent but I would have two quibbles with this otherwise good and nice looking headset. Firstly - its difficult to get it to stay in place. It tends to swivel / rotate away from my mouth (even small changes in the positioning of the microphone can dramatically reduce the accuracy of voice recogntion software). Secondly, it doesn't fold away neatly to fit into the pocket of my laptop case (it does but my last headset broke.....). I've ordered the stereo / portable headset in the hope that it will help remove these glitches.
