This is a neat bit of kit - basic, but well up to the job we required. The headset was OK (not the best, but good for the price & you can always upgrade later). What sold it to us was the all-in-one nature - no messing about with adapters on a standard phone. The styling is a bit toys-r-us but that makes it dead easy to use. The only gripe is that the phone lead had a US (RJ11) plug on it. I swapped the leads for some UK spec modem leads: otherwise you'll need an adapter - most DIY shops can supply.

great - it does just what I wanted it to do. It was fairly easy to set up with my phones and the instructions were clear. Sound quality is great and it's a nice neat little piece of equipment. It will change my life running a business from home around my children - I can now multi-task even more effectively without getting a stiff neck :-) My only criticism is that I can't for the life of me get it to fit on my ear with the clip alone - I have to use the loop that goes over my head too. Maybe I just have weird shaped ears... they are smaller than average so perhaps that's the trouble!
