This is a good looking headset. Sound is clear and controls, although very small, are logical. I use it with a VOIP phone on the PC. It charges quickly. A lack of noise cancellation does mean that the M2500 is best in a quiet area but also avoids the clipping sometimes present with this feature. It was inconvenient to have to return mine as it had a fault, but FoneM8Store were exceptionally helpful about exchanging the headset. This is worth mentioning as some Amazon Marketplace sellers let you down badly with after sales service. FoneM8Store couldn't have been more conscientious. As with most rechargeable devices you should "condition" the battery by fully charging it from flat and allowing it to run right down again ... Read More:

I'm surprised this little marvel doesn't cost more, considering the quality and clarity when using it. Plus I had to double check it was positioned correctly in my ear as I couldn't feel it when I wore it - that's how comfortable it is! I could wear this literally all day and not worry about it ( I wouldn't wear it all day, by the way, I just use it for driving. I'm NOT one of those sad people who walk the streets using a bluetooth, apparently talking to themselves!). It's supposed to be rugged as hell too, but I've not had the chance to test that side of it yet. In summary, if you're looking for a good, easy-to-use Bluetooth, with a superb battery life, at a cracking price, you can't go wrong with one of these gadgets.

The USB plug started failing after 2 weeks of use. It is not made durable and when plugged into the laptop port after a while it began losing connecting and fiddly. It is no use once the electronic connection is not stable. Had to throw it away. Waste of money. Will try Logitech now.
