I've had a Solio for a little over a year. When fully charged, it is more than adequate for charging up a PDA, iPod, phone, etc. It's convenient for travel (provided you're going somewhere reasonably sunny). However: --where I live (closer to Antarctica than most people), it's difficult to charge fully --some of the adapters supplied were defective --the plastic shell of my iPod adapter falls apart regularly --the internal battery died after limited use, and getting a replacement from Solio required calls and e-mails to several different employees; I eventually got one after 6 weeks and a complaint to the sales manager. This case is fine really as it completely envelopes the iPod, and importantly, protects the all-too-easy-too-scratch screen. My only gripe is that it does not fit in the best way, and definitely not as the picture shows. The video iPod has very little excess case around the edges of the screen (as the 3G version did) and therefore there is not a lot for the silicon case to wrap around. This makes it look rather like the iPod is burtsing to get out of the case ,with a small gap all the way around - but hey, it still offers great protection.
