I bought one of these a few weeks back, and was disappointed to find a small "scratch" mark in one corner of the protector, which was quite noticeable depending on what was on screen. I emailed Proporta about this on a Saturday evening, and received a replacement protector the following Tuesday morning. I've not had to send the faulty one back yet, either. The new one is absolutely fine, and does not affect the quality of the display one bit. Great product, and excellent service from Proporta. Well worth buying!

I felt that the installation process was actually very good, better than other screen protectors I have fitted, in fact no bubbles at all for me. However it soon became apparant that the screen had taken on a very grainy appearance with slightly muted colours. It's a shame because the protector itself seems good quality and very confidence inspiring but the grainy look has spoilt it totally. Probably a good make for PDAs as is has quite a matt finish, so good for screen writing. Dissapointed.
