I bought this to use with my recently purchased (Sep 2008) iPaq 214. The cradle is a neat design and the iPaq fits onto it snugly. However, when I tried to plug the HP iPaq AC adaptor into the cradle, the plug wouldn't latch in and kept falling out. Basically, the barrel of the plug is too short to fit securely into the DC socket on the cradle (or to put it another way, the DC socket on the cradle is set back too far due to the thickness of the plastic case). The only way I could find around this was to take the unit apart and drill the hole for the DC socket on the case bigger (8mm). When I opened the unit I was suprised at the poor build quality inside. My old case gave up the ghost after 2 years of daily use; the fabric hing tore. This case seems robust, fits my Tugsten E easily and remains compact. I'm very happy with it.
