I have had one of these for about a year ago and have not been able to better it since. It comes with MS Office, WiFi, media player, file explorer and pretty much everything you might need for a mobile office! Additionally, there is plenty of freeware available for the windows mobile platform to further improve the phone - e.g. as a USB stick. Perhaps the best hardware feature is the slid-out keyboard, which allows you to use the phone as a word-processor. Other touch-screens phones only allow touch-screen text inputting, which I find wholly inadequate! It seems that QTek has managed almost everything with this phone...
