What can I say...I'm impressed! Do you the feeling of going for your batteries, just to remember that you forgot to charge them and now you have no time?! Well...that will not happen with this ones! :-) As they say, these batteries can hold the charge for more than 5 months after charged. It's like buying batteries...but you can re-charge them over and over again! You can't go wrong with these ones!

Not a review just additional information that this particular unit comes with 3 year On Site warranty , and full 3 years warranty on the lamp also- unheard of on projector of this pricepoint!

I don't know why this product is not more widely known. Although initially expensive, they should very quickly pay for themselves. Anyone who cares about the environment, should be trying to cut down on the use of disposable batteries. I am gradually replacing all my disposables with eneloop batteries and they are working a treat. They do take a long time to recharge, but because, unlike traditional rechargeable batteries, they hold their charge, you can keep spares to replace those that have run down. WIth enough spares you need never run out of batteries again.

I bought this to use whilst going about my job as the Powershot G9 i was using is a bit too expensive to risk damaging.It takes great video considering the size.And i was very surprised at the quality of the still shots.One thing that i was really impressed with is the macro mode.One centimetre is very close!.Having two dedicated buttons for photo and video is great.There are a lot of features packed into this little camera.Two things i would improve are the battery life (a 1200mAh would be better) and the overall size.With hands as big as mine it can be a little awkward to hold.

I think these batteries are 5 star (much better than others I've tried) - however, when they arrive the first challenge you will have is how to get them out of the packet. I am not normally daunted by such things, but this package nearly beat me. Not only is it a really tough plastic outer casing (that snapped my scissors in half), you've then got to get throught the inner packaging as well. I have no idea why it's SO necessary for this - hopefully someone will read this and take note - this level of plastic security is unnecessary!

I brought this camera a couple of weeks ago now and it's really not that bad to be honest. I'm a filmmaker and my previous camera was a canon xl1, which is a semi-pro model, so I do know what i'm talking about in terms of cameras etc. To start off, its not perfect, there's camera shake which I ironed out with a mono pod, but its difficult to get rid of. The exposure isn't that great, it tends to underexpose and so I'd recommend that one over-exposes the picture, unless its very very bright using the exposure compensation. The auto focus is sluggish, but you can adjust it in various ways, you basicly need to get used to the camera and find out the limitations etc, then its not so bad. This camera is everything I expected, very easy to use, takes great pictures and acceptable video. It is not a professional camcorder but is ideal for simple video clips of holidays and family
