I replaced my Radeon X700 card with this one, because the old card had become unreliable and Catalyst (the driver) kept crashing. This card performs just as well as the X700, and is passively cooled, which means the computer is much quieter. Deals well with streaming video and has plenty of video adjustment. Seems too slow for intensive 3-D video gaming - I'm keen on Lock-On Modern Air Combat, but the frame rates are too low at quality settings. Still pleased with the purchase and will probably make me buy a better DVI/HDMI monitor.

This Graphics card runs faily well with it's AGP 64mb Chip. And for it's price it's a bargin. I personally have tried this card out for the past year. It does it's job well.

This Graphics card runs faily well with it's AGP 64mb Chip. And for it's price it's a bargin. I personally have tried this card out for the past year. It does it's job well.

I bought this card in February, didn't know much about GFX cards back then, but it turns out i did okay. This card is not in the HD Radeon range, although it displays HD resolutions, anything above 720p if you believe the marketing hype. But in reality you need more than 1000p (1280x1024) to have sharp images. This card can reportedly show images up to 2560 x 1600, which is well beyond Full HD (1080p). Problem is the card doesn't have the power to perform under high resolutions. So I then bought a HD3850 which refused to work with my computer, even though i met all the requirements. The reason is my motherboard doesn't support HDMI, no one seems to know this is a problem, have contacted Sapphire/AMD/ATI and HP(who built my ... Read More:
